Our mission is to offer quality products to our customers at reasonable prices. We are constantly developing new ways and utilizing new technologies to help better serve you with all of your foam, non-woven, and plastic product needs.
Dott Products is the place to go when you need premium quality products including standard and custom projects. We have all the tools needed in-house to convert cellular foam, non-woven polyester media, and plastic into the products you need.
We supply a variety of industries with our products and conversion services. Our products are frequently used in the medical rehab, aquatic filtration, and cleaning products. We also have the ability to create custom products and custom packaging for our customers.
Our History
Discovered by a Single Need; Grew to Solve Thousands
Dott Products was founded in 1989 by Donna ("D") and Scott ("ott") Heitmann in suburban Chicago with the sole purpose of creating and distributing the famous "Sponge on a Stick" to a single client in the medical industry.
Now located in Avon, Ohio, our family-owned and operated business has grown tremendously. Our once small company now creates and distributes hundreds of high-quality products to multiple industries.
Over 20 years later, with two warehouses, offices, and a tight-knit team, we supply multiple industries with hundreds of quality products for their business. Our facilities, totaling 28,000 square feet, allow us to house the equipment we need to produce your quality products. We have acquired a variety of equipment to facilitate our growth, including multiple hydraulic die cutting presses, foam cutting band saws, a CAD based pneumatic cutting system, and a multitude of support equipment.
